Chargeback Policy

This Chargeback Policy explains how victorygold.gg, operated by Victory Team LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Victory Gold", "we", "us"), handles payment disputes and chargebacks. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund & Delivery Policy.

Contact Us First

If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us before you contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Use the chat on your order page or email help@victorygold.gg with your order number. We resolve most issues quickly, and filing a payment dispute without first giving us the chance to resolve the matter is a breach of our Terms of Service.

Time to Report a Problem

To be eligible for a correction, re-delivery, or refund under our Delivery Guarantee, you must report the issue within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered, as described in our Refund & Delivery Policy.

What We Record for Each Delivery

Every order has a private chat between the buyer and a member of our team. For each delivery we keep:

  • the order chat log, including messages and attachments;
  • the delivery details agreed in the chat, such as game, server or region, faction, and character name;
  • screenshots or other evidence of the in-game delivery, where available;
  • timestamps of the order, the payment, and the delivery;
  • the payment record for the order.

How We Respond to Disputes

When a dispute is opened, we review the order record and respond with the evidence listed above. We contest disputes that we believe are not legitimate, for example when the product was delivered as agreed. Where the dispute is legitimate, for example the order was not delivered, we correct it under our Refund & Delivery Policy.

Consequences

Abusing chargebacks is a violation of our Terms of Service. We may suspend or ban accounts that file illegitimate disputes, refuse future orders from them, and cancel pending orders. Where the law allows, we may also pursue recovery of the disputed amount and of related costs.
