Refund & Delivery Policy

This Refund & Delivery Policy explains how delivery works at victorygold.gg, operated by Victory Team LLC ("Victory Gold"), and when you are entitled to a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Delivery

Most products are delivered in-game and coordinated through the order chat on your order page. After your payment is confirmed, a member of our team will contact you there to arrange delivery.

To complete delivery, you must provide accurate order details (game, version, server/region, faction, and character name where applicable) and be reasonably available to receive the delivery. Some products offer an optional faster delivery (Express) at checkout.

Delivery times shown on the site are good-faith estimates and may vary with game conditions, server status, and your availability. Delays caused by inaccurate information or your unavailability are outside our control.

Refunds and Cancellations

Before delivery. You may request to cancel an order at any time before it has been delivered and receive a full refund. If we are unable to fulfill an order for any reason (for example, the product becomes unavailable), we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After delivery. Once a product has been delivered in-game, the sale is final and non-refundable, because virtual goods cannot be returned once transferred. This protects both parties against fraud.

Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind every delivery. If something goes wrong on our side — for example, the wrong amount was delivered, the product was delivered to the wrong server or character, or the order was marked delivered but you did not receive it — we will make it right by re-delivering, correcting the order, or issuing a refund.

To be eligible, you must report the issue through your order chat or to help@victorygold.gg within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered, and provide any information we reasonably request to verify it.

This guarantee covers delivery errors on our part. It does not cover buyer's remorse after a correct delivery, nor any consequences arising from the game publisher's own actions (see our Terms of Service, "Acknowledgment of Risk").

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of issues quickly. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first allowing us to resolve the matter is a breach of our Terms of Service.

We keep records of each delivery, including order communications, and we will use that evidence to contest disputes we believe are illegitimate. Accounts found to be abusing chargebacks may be suspended or banned.

How to Request a Refund

Use the chat on your order page, or email help@victorygold.gg with your order number. We will respond as quickly as possible. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method where possible; for some payment methods, an alternative refund method may be arranged.
