This Pricing Policy explains how prices work at victorygold.gg, operated by Victory Team LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Victory Gold", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

How Prices Are Set

We set the price of each product ourselves. Prices can differ by product, game, server, region, and faction, and they can change over time. The price that applies to you is the one shown at checkout before you pay.

Currency

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless we state otherwise. If you pay with a method that uses another currency, such as a cryptocurrency, the amount to pay is shown on the payment page for your order.

Price Calculation at Order Time

When you place an order, our system calculates the price again from our current catalog, based on what you selected, such as the product, quantity, and delivery option. The total you are asked to pay is the total calculated by our system.

Express Delivery

Some products offer an optional paid Express delivery add-on. When it is available, it is shown at checkout together with its effect on the total, before you pay. It is never added without your choice.

Fees

We do not add hidden fees. The price shown at checkout is the price of the order. Depending on the payment method you choose, network or processing fees may apply, charged by the payment method or by your own provider, and they are shown on the payment page. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

Pricing Errors

If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an error, we may correct it and ask you to re-confirm the order at the correct price before delivery. If you do not accept the corrected price, you may cancel the order, and we will handle it under our Refund & Delivery Policy.
