This Privacy Policy explains how Victory Team LLC ("Victory Gold", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use victorygold.gg (the "Service"). Account information. When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and the email associated with that account. When you register with email and password, we collect your email address. We do not see or store your social or game-account passwords.
Order information. To fulfill an order, we collect the details you provide, such as game, version, server/region, faction, and character name, along with the products and amounts you purchase.
Communications. We store the messages and any image attachments you send through your order chat and any support correspondence, so we can coordinate delivery and resolve issues.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but we do not collect or store full card numbers or equivalent sensitive payment credentials.
Technical information. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data, including through cookies and similar technologies.

We use your information to: create and manage your account; process and deliver your orders; communicate with you about your orders and support requests; prevent, detect, and investigate fraud and abuse (including payment disputes); operate, secure, and improve the Service; send you a review invitation after a completed order (where permitted); and comply with legal obligations.

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- Payment providers, to process your payments.
- Discord, where you choose to sign in with Discord.
- Infrastructure and hosting providers that store data and run the Service on our behalf.
- Trustpilot, to send review invitations, where you have not opted out.
- Authorities or third parties, where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
