These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at victorygold.gg and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Victory Team LLC ("Victory Gold", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.

2. The Service

Victory Gold sells virtual in-game products and related services for supported online games, including in-game currency, items, accounts, and player services such as boosting. All products are intended for use on the official servers of the relevant games. We act as an independent reseller and provider; we are not a game publisher.

Product availability, pricing, and delivery times may change at any time without notice. Listed delivery times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

3. No Affiliation with Game Publishers

Victory Gold is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any game developer or publisher (including, without limitation, Blizzard Entertainment, Jagex, Sandbox Interactive, Electronic Arts, Roblox Corporation, Grinding Gear Games, or any other rights holder). All game names, titles, trademarks, and related imagery are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

4. Acknowledgment of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that buying, selling, or transferring virtual currency, items, or accounts may violate the terms of service or end-user license agreement (EULA) of the relevant game, and that the game publisher may take action against accounts involved in such activity, including suspension or banning.

You accept full responsibility for your decision to purchase, and you assume all risk to your game account. Victory Gold is not responsible for, and shall have no liability for, any action taken by a game publisher against your account, including suspension, ban, or loss of in-game assets.

5. Accounts and Orders

You may place orders as a registered user (via Discord or email/password) or, where available, as a guest. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your game, server/region, character name, and any details required to complete delivery. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Delivery of most products is coordinated through the order chat and/or in-game. You agree to be reasonably available and responsive so that delivery can be completed. Delays caused by inaccurate information or your unavailability are not our responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, error, or a violation of these Terms.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full before delivery, through the payment methods made available at checkout (which may include cryptocurrency and other methods). You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to re-confirm an order's price before delivery.

7. Refunds, Delivery, and Chargebacks

Refunds and delivery are governed by our Refund & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: orders may be cancelled and refunded before delivery; once a product has been delivered, the sale is final, except where the issue is caused by us (such as an incorrect amount or non-delivery), which we will resolve.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback instead of first contacting us to resolve an issue is a breach of these Terms. We document deliveries and may use that evidence to contest disputes we believe are illegitimate, and we may suspend or ban accounts engaged in chargeback abuse.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: provide false information; use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose; attempt to abuse promotions, refunds, or chargebacks; resell our products in violation of these Terms; interfere with or attempt to compromise the security or operation of the Service; or use automated means to access the Service without our permission.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by Victory Gold and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

10. Disclaimers

The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular delivery time will be met.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victory Gold and its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or game accounts/assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Victory Gold and its owners and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
